Started creating with tie dye over a decade ago to create unique outfits for me and my friends to wear to Bonnaroo. Since then, I’ve been continuing to dye unique, colorful clothing, outfitting friends & family in my creations. I have always been drawn to the "long ago era" crafts like blacksmithing and leatherwork. I was growing my artisan blacksmithing portfolio when a shoulder injury requiring surgery and 8 months healing sidelined my aspirations. I had worked in leather off and on over the years but took it up in earnest while recovering from shoulder surgery. It can be a challenging medium, but I do love it.

I want to have control over the raw materials used I my artwork. That could involve sourcing wool to spin, dye, and weave into a textile or being able to be picky in where my materials are sourced.
A main focus of my artwork and products is to reintroduce the consumer to. What goes into making the textiles they use in their day to day lives. I also want to find the meeting point of sustainability, function, and aesthetics.
