We take local pork from Riverplains Farm, butcher it, grind it & stuff it ourselves. Currently we make a bratwurst and a breakfast sausage. We source veggies & spices locally and make our own mustards & jams to pair with each sausage.

Toby Koerten and Zach Hill just recently purchased Remedy in September 2017 due to our passion for both specialty coffee and the Knoxville business community. We focus on brewing specialty, high quality coffee and currently brew beans from Intelligentsia roaster. We also sell pastries from Mer Mer’s Bakery. Our primary objective is to be a place that blends the focus on quality that third wave coffee has pioneered, but to make this accessible to the general public and be a space that individuals can learn about coffee.
